Good wax, the lady was nice but she double dipped with wax which really put me off going again. It's a shame as the waxing itself was good and decent value.

I have never received such disgusting customer service and been so humiliated in my entire life. It’s such a shame because every time I have been there I have been satisfied and the staff have been awful. I have been here several times and EVERY time done the exact same thing. Which is a full Brazilian wax no hair left front and back. The lady tells me I needed to select ‘Hollywood’ walking out to discuss it with her colleagues several times leaving me naked with the door open. She refuses to move one final strip of hair because that would cost £3 pounds extra. Even though I explain to her this has never happened before and offered to pay extra. She said this was not true and then proceed to berate me for booking through Treatwell and said I would have been able to change it had I not booked through them. I was so upset I didn’t even wax the back and went to the supermarket to buy wax as I was left looking like a prostitute from the 80’s. Absolutely mortified and would never ever return. It’s such a shame because I really liked Rose, she was good and professional every time and I never felt judged to the point of tears. NEVER AGAIN. Pathetic place.
