The place was nice and clean and I was greeted kindly. The lady that treated me spoke very little English so it was hard to tell her I want and for her to tell me what to do! We got by with lots of hand gestures. I don't think she knew what she was doing because I haven't waxed in a while hence longer hair. Good beautician will know to cut it first before the waxing starts. Well she didn't and I had the most painful and uncomfortable waxing experience ever in my life!! She kept waxing the same area as well and I was there for 1.5hr (which should have taken 1), wincing in pain. There were lots of hair left after all that. The threading was also sub-par. She broke skin and I was scarring for a week. before I left, they tried to address the long waxing as they could tell I was uncomfortable and they tried to blame me for having long hair and for not waxing regularly. I paid for a job well done, which these were utterly not. Definitely not coming back. Shame too, as the location is close to where I live.
