I normally have an absolute 5 star experience here and as a result travel from across London for my wax. This time however, I had a new therapist who went far too quickly and didn’t have the same care or attention that I usually receive, such as applying pressure immediately after pulling the wax to relieve pain. I am disappointed as usually faultless.

My Brazillian Wax were professional and made me feel safe during Covid-19. All staff were wearing masks and gloves and I was offered a mask to wear if I did not have my own (which I did) Hand sanitizer is provided as soon as you walk in and at the desk. The waxing took no longer than 15 minutes and the beautician was thorough.
