This is not a complaint for Gosia who is very good. I had a sub par experience with another nail tech who quite frankly, did not have the experience to do gel nails, the hygiene was questionable and my cuticles were bleeding and sore after. With hindsight, I should have stopped the service when she didn’t hear my concerns that she was grinding my nails down too hard. I have complained to Muskaan and have been ignored. I will be taking my custom elsewhere as the customer service is terrible.
