Very disappointed. Paid £55 for a legs wax and lots of hair was left behind. My legs were very bruised and irritation afterwards. Poor quality service for the price. I won’t be returning or recommending this salon.

Gosia was very gentle when removing the BIAB, however she did inform me that my nails were deeply damaged by the previous nail technician Elisabeta. Elisabeta used the drill to remove the cuticles when it only needed pushing as they were not stuck to the nails however whilst using the drill, she went a bit too deep into the nail bed and I did inform her that it was burning. I’ve taken an image of how damaged/ deep the nail bed has become.
