I was really impressed with the ambience and welcoming nature of the salon. The girl who did my hair was lovely and the shampooist was also really good. I left feeling relaxed and very happy with the end result - my highlights look really natural and the gloss treatment lasted a good couple of weeks! Recommended and great value.

I went with my firend in the evening and had a great experience starting with a lovely glass of wine. We loved each of our hairdresses who were great and really friendly. We were the last ones in the salon for the evening and made to feel very pampered throughout! Thank you x

The salon is beautiful and has lots of drinks, snacks and magazines for you while you wait which makes you very relaxed. My stylist was really friendly and very chatty which was nice as it can often feel a bit awkward if they're not. I probably would've given higher marks but i just wasn't that impressed with the haircut itself. I took a picture along which he glanced at but didn't take off me and I didn't really feel like I got what i asked for. I was probably the last appointment of the day and i did feel like not a lot of effort was put in because i was using a voucher and because it was late. I would go agian with another offer but this time i would be a bit more forceful about what i want!

I have long curly hair and most hairdressers spend time ruffling it with their fingers and completely ruining my curls. Tom at Lisa Shepherd new all the tricks for curly hair. He had time, actually discussed the cut with me - this hasn't happened for ages - and spent time arranging my curls so I left happy. So happy I was instantly recommending him to others with long curly hair. He gave me advice on how to get the colour I want and I'l definitely go back to him. Totally recommended.

Overall I had a good experience, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I loved the colour and it has given me a whole new look, also went back for a second visit to get my hair cut.
