i had the short term brazilian blow dry at lisa shepard- and it was exactly as the advertised it. It did make my hair less frizzy for 2 or 3 washes after- though on the day my hair was quite 'flat' but not overly greasy. The salon is very nice and the staff were very friendly, and it has made me consider getting a permanent Brazilian blow dry in the future.

I was not sure whether I would receive full attention and quality treatment with such big discount but everything was just perfect. The hairdresser was very professional, polite and friendly, explained the procedure well. The salon looks great and had an amazing hair after the treatment. Despite booking for Saturday when the salon should be very busy, my appointment was on time, and I didn't feel rushed or lacking attention. Overall - great experience, excellent value for money and i would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Went for a full head of highlights and it was great - the hairdresser took her time, was very professional, friendly and I am extremelly happy with the colour! Would go back again even if very expensive without the voucher...

Excellent Salon and facilities. The mini Brazilian Blow Dry Keratin Treatment made my hair look ultra smooth before my first wash. I wished the effect could last longer (i.e. a week rather than three days) though.

Lisa Shepherd is a very open and welcoming hairdresser. The hair salon treats her clients as jewels. I was there in June for a haircut with an appointment on time (and with Text-confirmation on my phone). Only when I came to the hair salon, they told me that I had to wait 15 minutes because there was a problem with the booking through the system. It wasn't a big deal for me that I had to wait because I had the time for it. Although the staff did everything to make myself comfortable. The haircut itself was great. The staff is very friendly and professional. They know what they're doing with your hair, you won't regret it !
