A great salon, relaxed and friendly, super quality hair cut was quick but top notch, you get what you pay for, really professional. will visit again a* would definately recommend it!
The venue was extremely well presented and stylish, the staff very welcoming. I felt slightly less important than the other customers because I wasn't paying as much, but - considering everything - I think the whole experience was good and excellent value for money.
Nice salon in a good location with friendly staff and I came out happy with my haircut. Only issue was that they didn't offer me a drink at all, so I had to ask.
When i arrived, the receptionist told me to take a seat and help myself to a drink. I was a bit reluctant to help myself to wine or use the coffee machine so just stuck to water! But i hadn't been sitting for a minute before i was called through for my haircut. The hairdresser was very good, really enthusiastic, and recommended lots of things for me, without being pushy and trying to sell me products etc. Loved the back massager on the chairs while having hair washed too! Would go again and recommend to people, especially with the voucher!
I had a 10 am appt. and was running 10 minutes late due to road blocks. I called ahead and the receptionist was snippy saying they "were quite busy" and that she wasn't sure they would be able to honour the appt. I got there within the 10 mins. and it was absolutely empty! I think they were just opening, no other customers, no other stylists except the one I was booked with?! As I waited (why I don't know) for the stylist to get the chair ready, they said to feel free and help myself to a drink. I opened the self-serve fridge which looked like mine at home... i.e. kind of sticky-dirty, people's lunch from the day before, a few cans here and there of soda, milk for coffee or tea (I guess), no water and I just closed it and waited to be seated. The hairstylist was nice enough (male), the haircut was good. He said because I was late, he couldn't do the treatment that came with the deal, but i was fine with that - I was late. The young man who washed my hair was a sweetheart. For £15 (w/my first-timers £5 reduction) it was a bargain. I tipped generously to both the shampoo guy and the stylist, feeling a bit sheepish for the cost of the whole thing. Oh and when I left? There was one other customer. So much for being "busy".
