Very happy with my balayage, it was exactly what I asked for. The only problem was the toner wasn’t included in the price and I think anyone getting a balayage needs toner so it would be good to include within the price or make customers aware that they’ll need to pay for toner separately before they book on Treatwell.

Awful. Had to pay 20 extra as well on top of what I’d already paid on treatwell which the hairdresser demanded. Actual blow dry wasn’t even a blow dry! Was just using tongs to curl my hair which didn’t even last 10 minutes once I left the salon. Hugely disappointed and would like to request a full refund from Treatwell.
