I realy loved this place. Its very funky and sophisticated but without the pretentiuosness. I loved the ambiance of the salon, with snacks and a fridge of drinks you can help yourself to in the chill out area, whilst waiting for your colour to develop or whatever, with mac laptops to peruse the internet with a glass of wine- which is what i did! My hair stylist was great, he made me feel comfortable and i loved what he did with my hair and all the staff seemed realy nice and friendly. I definately recommmend it and have since been back as i loved it so much!

When you enter the salon you are seated in the waiting area which has complimentary drinks and laptops to use. My stylist initially asked me what I would like done and made some helpful suggestions, she then washed my hair and gave me a conditioning treatment. I then had a fabulous cut and blowdry.
The stylist was really lovely and friendly and my hair looked and felt fabulous after. I would thoroughly recommend this salon to anyone!

Really nice staff who are friendly and chatty. Great environment for the salon. Value for money on this Treatwell deal is great. Good central london location. The hair appointment didnt take long at all and I was happy with the cut. Had a wash, treatment, cut and blow dry.

I went for my first haircut at Lisa Shepherd on Friday afternoon, and really enjoyed the experience. The salon is quite small and friendly, but busy (I was wondering why their other clients weren't at work!), and the therapist Tom was great. He listened to what wanted, brought me wine and water, and chatted happily throughout my visit. It would have been nice if the head massage lasted a little longer though... Most importantly, I'm pleased with the result, and my hair feels lovely and soft from the conditioning treatment. Afterwards I was invited to relax in their waiting area with more wine and magazines until I was ready to leave. I'll certainly be looking out for future deals to return!

I bought this voucher because thought could have a highly professional cut for a bargain price but I was very disappointed.
To have an appointment after 6pm or week-end I had to wait over 2 months so I have taken an appointment during office hours and waited 6 weeks. When I arrived I noticed there were no waiting area so was waiting in the salon and was nicely offered a drink but could help myself in the fridge.. I did like the yellow fridge by the way.
Staff looked very young and studenty. My hairdresser was quite nice but unfortunately she didn't like the cut I choosen and kept insisting not to do it which I found quite annoying. I showed her a picture which seemed a very easy shoulder cut. I left with a short cut as she cut my hair at least 3 inches shorter than what I requested. I met a friend after my appointment who told me that my hair were badly cut and I should go back to complain. Maybe not all staff were like my hairdresser but unfortunately this was my first and last visit.
