It was my first time at a Lisa Shepherd salon and would definitely return on a Treatwell mobdeal. Salon was clean, great facilities and friendly staff. Very happy with haircut, excellent value.

When I arrived they had nbot booked my appointment and though they admitted it was their fault ( they had all my details) they were quite arrogant about it but eventually offered me an appointment 1.5 hours later than the one I had actually booked with them. The haircut was ok, but I would not use them again as it taught me that you get what you pay for & I'll happily go back to my usual hairdresser & pay his mega expensive price as at least I go home looking great. I didn't feel that way leaving this salon.

It was really great. I've had a keratin treatment before and it didn't work nearly as well or last as long. very impressed and they were also really flexible on my appt time. the lady i had doing my hair was friendly and happy to give advice on the condition of my hair, different styles etc.

They were great. Our first appointment had to be cancelled because of staff sickness but this was more than made up for when we were able to meet a week later. Excellent welcome, polite and friendly atmosphere, great cut and a delicious hot chocolate (wine that early in the morning, despite being part of the offer, just isn't my thing!) Will definately recommend.

I had my haircut at Lisa Shepard in my lunch break (I work near-by). I can't recall the name of the guy that cut my hair - but he was great - understood how my hair naturally falls and was able to cut/dry it accordingly. Also a fashionable hairdresser that is aware of and can cut up-to-date trends. The salon itself was exceptionally well kitted out, welcoming and relaxing.
