My hairdresser came late, which I wouldn't have minded, except that she then proceeded to rush the colour job. She didn't show me any swatches or confirm the colour, and ended up over-bleaching my hair, even though I wouldn't have wanted her to use bleach on my hair in the first place as I wanted a brown ombre. She didn't even explain this, just putting me in the sink and telling me she was giving a 'toning treatment'. By the time she did tell me it had become too 'yellow', she had toned down the colour. She avoided telling me that the toner would wash out until after I asked her, and apparently I'll have to keep coming back to the salon every few weeks and pay to get a toner for the colour I should have received in the first place! I've never had such a bad colour job. The hair is streaky, and looks like bad grown out highlights instead of an ombre.
