Someone else did my Colour as they were very busy. It she did an amazing job. Sorted out the mess I had created, it looks natural. Yes there is a £35 toner fee which actually I didn't need in the end. They will also advise you use to pay for olaplex as they do the colour but I have it at Home so did it myself Later. Very positive experience and will go back again.

Didn’t realise I had to dry my own hair with dirty hairbrushes! Also can’t really feel a difference in my hair after the treatment.
