Booked an appointment for a 'last minute' haircut for the next day, just before going on vacation. (couldn't find anywhere else in central London with availability and good reviews) The staff was lovely, very welcoming and I liked the vibe of the salon. My haircut was done by Lori, exactly how I wanted - the end result was wonderful. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

Lovely staff and my (senior) hair-dresser was really good - very intuitive (as I never give proper instructions!) and the cut was perfect. Honestly.

Nail tech was amazing. Fast and precise - would definitely recommend! Rest of the salon was lovely but upstairs staff a bit of a letdown! They were talking about other staff members on reception and it was a tad unprofessional!
