Hannah was really attentive to hear what I wanted to do with my hair. Although the balayage was not that visible on my hair because I had very black colour before, it looks ok and its very natural and I really like it. Highly recommended due to their great customer service.

First off: I love the shape of my brows after the visit, she didn't take too much or too little and they're very even. The reason for rating it tree stars: I suffered a bad burn from the wax under both brows - it went scarlet red and as the days went on the skin turned crisp dry and it wants to peel off unless I constantly moisturise. Very painful. Colour wise - mine turned out a very ashy shade of brown (almost dark grey!) which didn't match my hair at all unfortunately. I have the impression they don't provide different tones of colours, i.e. Golden, ash etc, so beware of this, luckily it fades after a few days!
