My beautician Carmela was great and the gel mani is thin and elegant. Good location and nice shop - you can help yourself to tea or wine whilst waiting to be seated.

Love the fact I get the same stylist who knows my hair now. Everyone's very friendly and the service is great...just bring back the old coffee machine which made a great hot chocolate!

The venue is mediocre and not that clean. The treatment area is in the basement and could have been good if some effort was taken to clen it up and create some ambience. The manicurist doing my nails did them swiftly and accurately - it was very impressive. She was young and very sweet but did not chat or make me feel particulaly welcome. The exerience was functional, however so was the price. Would I use it again? - yes.

Lovely saloon however I was really disappointed in my file and paint. It felt rushed and the quality was poor. I had chips in the varnish within a couple of hours. I removed it myself the day after
