Staff are very friendly. You can help yourself to hot and cold drinks when you arrive and there are a large selection of gel colours to choose from which is really important for me as I'm super fussy!

My therapist wasn't the best in all honesty. She was a bit rude and definitely made the treatment uncomfortable it was s Hollywood wax aswell. The room was tiny that there was no place to hang your clothes or fold your clothes on a chair. When finishing the treatment she didn't even bother to put a towel over me before opening the door and with such a small room as such everyone could see.
