Although my therapist was very nice, it was slightly off-putting to be shown to a tiny treatment room that smelt bad due to drain problems. I also think that she could have explained the treatment to me in a little more detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Skin looked better immediately after treatment but it's hard to say if there have been any longer term benefits

The stylist did a good job but she took twice as long as she should have. It should take 30-45 minutes for a blow dry, not nearly an hour and a half!

I went for a hollywood wax and im very happy about this venue. The staff was very friendly, the price was great (I was even offered 25% off my next treatment if I book with them). The pain was minimal and the treatment went by very quickly and was done very well. Would recommend.
