I loved the chilled out and relaxed ambience of the place and the waiting area is exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The manicure was good but slightly disappointed by lack of range of colours, but overall excellent.

When I go for a haircut at Muse of London I look forward to the whole experience from when I'm greeted at the door, sitting in the waiting area reading through the magazines and eating a biscotti biscuit, having my hair washed and head massaged, chatting with the hairdresser and then having her style my hair after its cut is the cherry on top of the cake! I always come back to here because I get the same experience every time and the haircuts are always to my liking despite having a different stylist each time. I also appreciate the last minute cuts and deals on treat well for cheaper prices as that's only what I can afford! I now treat going for a haircut as a special event and pamper.
