Having recently had some bad experiences with other hairdressers, I was instantly put at ease by Lauren who just completely got what I wanted. She then did a great job of it and was very friendly. For once in a long time I left really happy with my hair. A nice surprise was a blow dry station for you to finish your hair off if you haven't paid for a blow dry. I've never seen that before at a salon, you usually leave with wet hair. I feel such a relief at finally finding my new hairdresser and have already recommended to friends.

Nice staff - blow dry was good but the process was a little disorganised as I had to get out of the chair 3 times for it to be moved
