Holly was fantastic, I was really impressed with the service. The quality was great and I'm still getting compliments about my nails four weeks later!!!
What a disappointment and waste of time & money this was! The staff were hardly welcoming and seemed to think they were doing me a massivefavur by letting me through the door. The water I was left soaking in was cold, eventually tepid, and kept running out of the bowl. The lady that did my treatment seemed to be more interested on her phone that kept vibrating in silent mode on the shelf. She eventually disappeared with her phone for a while towards the end of the treatment. I didn't want polish on my nails, I was more interested in the exfoliation and smoothing of the skin on my feet - she told me they weren't that bad - good thing as there was little to no difference by the time I left. Whole experience was not the relaxing treat that I had hoped for.

Excellent service would highly recommend. Thorough treatments and happy to listen to what you want. Lots of aftercare advice given, will definitely book my next treatments here. Thank you Annamaria.
