I went there for a cut recently. I have incredibly thick hair but the lady who cut it did an incredible job. Even since washing it, my hair is still looking good and easy to style. My only slight negative would be that the salon was quite dirty. There was a lot of hair all over the floors and surfaces and not just from my cut, it looked like it had been around most of the day.

I had a really good professional consolation with Francesca. I showed her a photo of the balayage I wanted and said she could get it as close to the colour as possible. Although, she was attending to myself and another client, Franseca still managed to such a wonderful job on my balayage. From the consolidation, she listened to what I wanted which was that I didn't want the any brassiness! I was so happy with the result that I've book already booked my next appointment! Would highly recommend Francesca for balayage! Also, all the other staff were very friendly and attentive. I've finally found a salon in London that I'll be going to more than once!
