I had a really good professional consolation with Francesca. I showed her a photo of the balayage I wanted and said she could get it as close to the colour as possible. Although, she was attending to myself and another client, Franseca still managed to such a wonderful job on my balayage. From the consolidation, she listened to what I wanted which was that I didn't want the any brassiness! I was so happy with the result that I've book already booked my next appointment! Would highly recommend Francesca for balayage! Also, all the other staff were very friendly and attentive. I've finally found a salon in London that I'll be going to more than once!

Muse is a convenient hop across the road for me to get a treatment during my lunch break. Quick & as pain free as a bikini wax could be. The beautician was friendly & professional. I would definitely recommend.
