Great staff who were (as I'd asked) honest about what was possible with my hair in it's current state. Results were great - colour and cut was exactly what I'd been told to expect, and close to where I want to get to. The overall experience was really pleasant!

The place is well located and easy to find. The bar itself is underground so not the nicest but it is large and when I went it was empty, so quiet. The treatments were well done and fast, i can't complain especially for the price I paid but the beautician could be warmer. This is a detail, it won't stop me from booking again.
