It's not a luxurious experience but if you're after a quick no nonsense wax that's excellent value and done by an experience and adept therapist then this is the place for you. I'm not sure of her name but she's excellent!

Loved the ambience, everyone is very friendly. The stylist was very nice, professional and helpful however the result is not what I expected it to be. I wanted a natural balayage with a chestnut tone, but the time to let the bleach act was probably to long for my type of hair as I now have some blond strands that clash with my natural hair colour.
