The stylist was very friendly , however the balayage was a bit uneven on sides however she had me come back to fix this and that was ok. The tone was good not brassy - definitely skilled colourist. When I came back tobhave it fixed my appointment time was changed for a later time at their request, and then when arriving to the salon was left to wait 1hr 15 minutes later then when they had asked me to come as she was still with another client ( I kept asking how much longer it would be and continued to be told just another 15 minutes.. and Couldn’t leave as I needed my hair fixed. Then when taken to the station t hace my hair done there was hair everywhere from a previous haircut, this was pretty gross.
The stylist was lovely when doing the fix she also offered to bring them up, therefore there was less growth and it looked fresher. She also threw in a free toner which was nice!
