Everything was to the standard:nice and friendly reception with free drinks, appointment on time.
The treatment room was a bit small with not much space for belongings and not even a hanger.
But I’m very pleased with the treatment, it was painless and the lady was very attentive and careful.
Will visit again!

Really unhappy. Firstly I had a the herbalist put boiling hot wax to my bikini line. I literally jumped and said it was too hot. She then continued to stand there blowing on the wax before applying to my skin. It remained hot throughout the process despite me telling her. She then asked if this was my first time as I ‘am very jumpy’. I explained I have been getting waxed for almost 20 years and it was due to the heat and her technique. Using hot wax as opposed to strip waxing is supposed to be less painful. Not the case here. She then left the room, leaving me covered in flecks of wax and another therapist came in to do my legs. I’ve not had two different therapists before so felt uneasy about this. The second lady was nicer and more considerate but I explained the previous one had left me burnt and covered in wax. She apologised and did the job better than the previous. Admittedly it’s cheaper than other local waxing salons but to be honest I would rather pay the extra pounds to have a nicer experience.
