When I showed up for my appointment the stylist said she wasn’t comfortable cutting my hair as short as I wanted it, so I had to rebook for a couple days later. The staff were very accommodating and apologetic about this and I was able to rebook without extra cost. At my rebooked appointment Roby gave me exactly the cut I wanted. A week later it still looks great which I haven’t often had before. Very pleased and will be back.
