The cut and colour was fine and the service was good from the stylist and colourist but I did have an issue in that i was told on arrival I would need to pay £35 extra for toner, which was in the small print on Treatwell. I opted out as i didn't feel this was a normal amount to pay for toner, where previously i have paid around £15.
