The day of the appointment I receive a call asking to delay the appointment of 15 minutes. I go to the appointment 15 minutes later than my booking time as requested (not ideal for me as full of appointment during the day) and I had to wait on top another 20 minutes. Finally the lady calls me to go in without even apologising for the delay. When I go down the lady realise the room was not clean therefore she made me wait another bit just outside the room. Once I finally manage to go to the room for the waxing I realise the towel I should have used to cover myself ws dirty and full of oil. On top the lady had no idea which type of waxing I booked and what I wanted. She didn't even bother to ask and start doing something completely different from what I booked.

Sara did my colour and another lady cut my hair (I forgot to ask her name). Both were amazing. Sara spent ages helping me choose the best colour option and then in the end went with a subtle balayage which turned out perfectly. Very happy with my experience, I’ll definitely return.

I usually go here and it’s great, but the blow dry was very disappointing his time as the hairdresser didn’t listen to the style I wanted (curly with bounce), instead blowdrying it straight.
