When I arrived the receptionist looked a bit confused about greeting me so I had to approach them first. I found this a bit awkward to be honest, like if I was interrupting something.
The store itself is a bit old and the ceiling could definitely use a refurbishment.
That said, they have a well furnished waiting area with magazines, coffee, tea and biscuits.
About the service, Siobhan did the wash, cut and blow-dry. Before washing my hair she asked me about what kind of cut I had in mind and spent some time advising on the best length and explaining why she was suggesting a certain length instead of a different one. She was really good at listening to my needs too! She was delicate while washing my hair and confident while cutting. She gave me a very good blow dry and she was lovely!
