Super quick service in my lunch break that is close to work, which was really convenient. I was in out within 20mins so it wasn’t a five-star gel manicure, and a little pricey, but for what I needed, it was great and the colour had lasted really well.

I arrived and they told me they had double booked my appointment and they couldn’t reschedule. The receptionist was very unhelpful and didn’t apologise. I took time out of my lunch break to walk here and wasted half an hour. I can’t understand why no one thought to check the appointment listings for the day and realised there had been a double booking. This is the second time something like this has happened. Clearly no organisation very unprofessional
