I arrived and they told me they had double booked my appointment and they couldn’t reschedule. The receptionist was very unhelpful and didn’t apologise. I took time out of my lunch break to walk here and wasted half an hour. I can’t understand why no one thought to check the appointment listings for the day and realised there had been a double booking. This is the second time something like this has happened. Clearly no organisation very unprofessional

Didn’t feel rushed which is usually the case in this salon and for once they were running more or less on time. Stylist much friendlier than previous ones
