I was happy with the colour. The stylist was a nice girl and experienced, but it all felt a bit rushed. I don't think it was her fault but she had overlapping bookings so she had to switch between me and another client. When it came to rinsing the colour, they had to find a staff member to do it and apparently they all refused. It was rinsed not too long after it was due by a nice girl but it just all felt a bit rushed and impersonal. The salon is a bit rough around the edges but it has an edgy vibe so I guess if that's your thing then it's the place to go. It wasn't very clean. Nothing about my visit stood out to me as a reason to return, so I will not.
