It was the worst experience in my life. I came in to cut my hair a bit shorter and i have a bob haircut. The first thing I noticed is how dirty is this hair salon. Excuse me but it’s very visible that place wasn’t cleaned in years. It was very dusty and chairs were very dusty and full of old hair. The hairdresser who was cutting my hair gave me an expression that she has never cut a hair before. Firstly her hands were shaking, i am sorry if she has any health issues but it’s not OK for a hairdresser to have shaking hands. Same for tattoo artists or surgeons. Secondly, she washe my hair, started to cut the back and then said: “I’m going to blow dry your hair because I cannot see”. So she started to cut my hair dry, what is no no rule for bob haircuts. And at the end i have different layers and different length on the left and right side. My hair is completely chopped off and destroyed! You don’t need to have a supervision to see how bad and different it is! Plus, i was giving her directions how to cut my hair - is it completely OK for a professional hair salon?
