I have done a blow dry with Thibault.
Very happy with my blow dry and Thibault had very good advices.
Unfortunately the place is very dirty. There are hairs in every corners (but for more than few days...)The wash bassins are not cleaned after each shampoo and the seats are super dirty as well.
The rest of he staff is not friendly at all. None of them is saying hello to the customer.
Appart my blow dry which was ok, it was not a good experience.

Booked in for a trim and was made to feel very welcome by a lovely hairdresser. Very kind and attentive with great advice, however the haircut lasted about 30 mins start to finish and I found it was wonky (slightly longer on the right side by half a centimetre). I’m easy going when it comes to my hair, but was a tad annoyed about the quality of cut and didnt feel it was worth what I spent overall.

The lady who did my nails was really lovely. However, I felt the shop was very awkward with no music or background noise. When I got shown downstairs to the nail salon they didn't give me the colour samples, they just sent me over to look at a wall of nail polish colours.
