Went for a Hollywood at Muse of London - customer service was great and it was quick and relatively pain free. Best value wax in London for sure.

My first visit to Muse and last I'm sorry to say. So the hairdresser got pink dye in my hair!!! Mid hair cut after washing and part blow dry the hairdresser stops cutting goes over to the girls on reception and starts whispering. Then proceeds to come back over to me says she wants to wash my hair again for a better finish?? I was slightly confused but went along with it. After going back to the chair she then comes clean and says she got pink dye on my hair from a clip she used but it's all gone now. To top it off the hairdresser didn't stop talking absolute drivel the whole time I don't think she came up for air once. Quite frankly unacceptable.

It’s a fun salon and all the stylists I have had so far have been super friendly! My blow dry stays in place for a week!
