I was seen on time and the therapist was really friendly. The room is tiny and feels more like a cupboard but it’s functional and I had no concerns about hygiene. It could do with a freshen up! The wax was the least painful I’ve ever had and the therapist was really friendly. She chatted to me about laser hair removal which was distracting but felt quite a lot like a 15 minute sales pitch. I would definitely go back.

Perfect as always!!Always leaving the place with a smile!Sofia in the reception is always helpful and smiling and also Deira which is extremely professional.Highly recommended!

Not good service for the price. Cuticles weren't cut, no real manicure just a little file and paint. Expected more for the price.
