My idea of this salon was that it was a very good salon, eSpecially reading reviews and seeing pictures... upon arrival I wasn’t offered any drinks or anything. I sat and waited 10 mins - then my colourist arrived - did the colour (without checking too much) and then I had to wait, which was okay.. in the end My hair roots do not match the rest of the length which is a risk with doing just the roots, and mostly my fault. Also my fault for not realising that when you book a colour tint roots without a blow dry you literally leave the salon with wet hair, not even a complimentary rough dry is given (which is the standard in any good salon in London: Muku/foster/mie mani to name a few) so I had to sit there like an idiot and blow dry my own hair with hair brushes that hadn’t been really cleaned properly.. (The one laying on the blow dry bar had blonde hairs all over) so I had to ask for another one..overall I did an alright job, but no one came to check me or ask me if it was alright. The shampoo at least was good and the touch up is okay too, but it would be good to say that you don’t offer any sort of service. I think for £30 I could have had a better experience frankly but that’s the price you pay for a central London salon. Sorry but Not up to my expectations, and totally realising it’s mostly my fault.

I was a bit early for this appointment and the lady at the reception very kindly offered me something to drink while I waited - so, good first impression! The hairdresser who cut my hair was quite bubbly and patient throughout the whole process. I first showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair cut, and she took the time to explain what kind of layers would better suit my hair. She even gave me advise on what hair care products to use. Overall, friendly staff and good vibe at a very reasonable price AND all in central London - I would go back again.
