I would never go back here. Asked not to have too much off the length and ended up with 15cm off. I have been growing my hair for years and was looking forward to having a bit more style and colour added. She cut my hair with the treatment still on as she was ruching to finish before close. The back of my hair is shorter than the front and I have random long strands. I am truly devastated and regret booking here. The colour is not too bad but nothing like balayage I have had previously. AVOID
