Was kept waiting 15 mins with no update and was feeling a bit peeved...but then really lovely and friendly stylist - made me feel super relaxed in a new salon and gave a great cut with consideration to what I wanted.

Salon is not clean there was hair everywhere and hair colour as well even down the back of the chairs. The hair colour itself was put on very slapdash and my skin did get tinted a bit but it came out after scrubbing. The staff have too many clients going on at the same time where they would have to leave someone mid blow dry to come and wash my hair for 10 minutes. Overall it was value for money but perhaps not experience.
