My appointment was at 3.30pm but I had to wait until 3.45pm. The towels were dirty and reused. When I asked can you use washed towel, she changed with another used towel and said it’s new. I could see lots of hair on the so called new towel!
The junior employee who was dealing with me was dealing with another client alongside in my time, so she took longer than usual. I had my another appointment booked after this one& I was really late due to this appointment. All I got was a sorry from the Junior and she said,”it’s not her fault. She is stuck with 2 people. If I have issues, I should talk at reception as they do the bookings”! I never had this kind of customer service in London before!
I wouldn’t go there again!!
Was kept waiting 15 mins with no update and was feeling a bit peeved...but then really lovely and friendly stylist - made me feel super relaxed in a new salon and gave a great cut with consideration to what I wanted.
It was a great ecperience: my stylist really listened to me and did a great job on translating that into a great haircut. Would recommend witout hesitation
