I asked for someone in the booking and was given someone else. The lady who did my Hollywood waxing was very unfriendly, in a rush and put big strips on even though I told her not to. It was painful as hell! Fair enough I’d left it for too long but she was not attentive to how comfortable I was at all. Sorry won’t be returning there again for a Hollywood wax ever.

The staff are ok but most look like they don't want to be there. However, the girl that ended up doing my hair was nice and made good chat. The blowdry was not what I requested but it was a blowdry and my hair looked better than it did when I came in. The place is quite messy overall and could do with a spruce.

Stylist was nice and friendly, however I think the cut could have been better and she definitely didn’t take off 2-3 inches as agreed.
