Great salon, hair is lovely but not quite what I asked for. They didn’t give me the cut I wanted but popped back in & said they are happy to do so again free of charge which was nice.

I regularly visit Muse of London but unfortunately at this visit my beautician wasn’t friendly, didn’t really want to engaged and despite me asking to turn the wax temperature down, I was burnt on my skin. I was very disappointed from somewhere that is usually great

I had a great time with my haircut here - staff were chatty, friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was fun. My stylist did a fantastic job on my hair, I’m delighted with it.
