Very quick but thorough wax. Friendly beautician. Paid a discounted price, and for the treatment I got, it was really worth it. Only thing was that the type of wax used made the wax more painful than my previous experiences, but apart from that it was great! 5* rating xx

Me and my friend booked and paid for the same the treatment, but i felt she had a better treatment and experience than me overall. She had a longer and nicer hair wash and Diera the stylist gave a lot of effort and massaged her. Whereas mine was very basic and compared to all other hair washes I got in other place i would say it was nothing special. What also was different was the blow dry, my end result was just like what i would do to myself and not from a salon or professional. it was so flat and nothing special. Another point to note was i asked for 2 inches off but got more than that cut off, this is clearly noted and coming back to work other people did agree she has taken more than 2 inches off. Overall the whole treatement could have been alot better, spending £130 all together and getting my hair pulled with clips throughout the whole process wasn't great, whilst paying 130! As a customer i left the shop feeling abit down so thought i needed to feedback the truth. I felt that my stylist Ellie spent more effort cleaning bowls and sinks then giving me the treatment/service i deserved as a customer. At one point she wrapped my head with a towel for the toner but due to water that kept leaking from my head i rubbed it with the towel she did not nicely tell me try not to, she just said in a tone, do not rub as this takes away the toner and now i need to do it again. Providing a service i would rate her 2/5 and would never ask for her again.
