I booked with this salon as it had many good reviews. I paid £135 for a colour and a cut and it was the worse experience I have had. I needed to book with another salon to have my hair fixed. The colour had to be done twice, myhead was burnt with hot water when I had my hair washed and after the second attempt to colour my hair shampoo had been left My hair. My ears where burnt when having my hair dryed. The cut was terrible and such bad quality. The salon refused to refund me for my haircut, I was willing to pay for the colour. The salon did offer to fix the problem but I did not want to return and cause further damage.
