Extremely unhappy with my experience particularly how rude the staff were. I asked to get an inch off. Whilst cutting my hair the hairdresser told me to get off my phone and put it down. After she had finished cutting she said she had to take more off than I said due to the angle (whilst I was on the phone). Not happy at all as was rude and was nothing like what i asked for.
