The lady was so cold from the beginning and interrupted so many times for chatting with colleagues or nibbling some snacks during a treatment...
And so many extensions fell off in a few days.
I went there as complimentary redo but the other lady was really kind and did decent job.
She even gave me a brush and some advice which former lady didn't.

I was the first customer of the day and the salon looked like it hadnt been cleaned from the night before. Very much in need of some tlc!
That being said the people were nice and I was happy with the service and results.
