I was very happy with my highlights after the appointment. However, the whole process took a very long time (about 2 hours!) and I had to wait a while for my hair to be washed with no communication from anyone as to how long this would take. Also, the towels I noted weren't too clean, lots of matted hair in them. Happy with the service overall, however definitely some room for improvement.

I really enjoyed my trip to Muse of London. I originally went just for a half head of highlights, but my stylist suggested that I get bayalage as I obviously didn't get the salon often and had enough root for it. I agreed, and she did a fab job! It looks very natural and I'm thrilled.
Only complaint is that the salon wasn't very clean, and there was a rotten egg smell on and off the entire time I was in there - around 3 hours. I assume that it was a product, but I've been to many salons and have never had experienced that before. Other than that it was fantastic! Thank you very much to the lovely staff.
