I visited Muse of London for my roots to be dyed and for a balayage. I requested for my roots to be my natural colour; dark brown and for a subtle balayage mix of Carmel and Honey (sunkissed)...I provided serval pictures of what I was aiming for so there was no confusion even one off muse of London Instagram pictures. But yet I came out with light brown roots and very blonde ends. The lady who dyed my hair hardly said 2 words to me during the 3 and a half hours I was there for but strangely very friendly to other clients she saw whilst my hair was turning blonde! I think this was because I took advantage of the off peak treatwell prices..? I did raise my concerns at the end and I did receive a free consultation the next day with a senior stylist to correct my roots but not the blonde ends sadly that I’m stuck with for sometime. This stylist was confused about the finished look of my hair given the pictures shown “not very subtle”! I was under no allusions I would come out looking exactly like my pictures but walking out with dip dyed blonde hair, I did not expect. If I return I will 100% be seeing Deira as she matched my hair perfectly and was very friendly a credit to the salon!

Great beauty salon with very friendly staff. Would give high rating to beauty salon itself.
I booked Definition Brows which I expected to be HD brows (full price £25) I have done in different salon, it takes 45 mins, it’s styled and you get make make up on your brows before you leave.
Here in this place it took 10mins- not saying it’s done badly, it’s just fine, I could do same thing at home. It’s just simple wax and tint. That’s all
