I didn't think this wax was the best value for money - I was in and out within 15 minutes and I was shown into a treatment room that hadn't been prepared beforehand. I have had other waxes that have been more thorough and a nicer overall experience.

Had a haircut and wasn't super happy with the results. My layers weren't blended in well, and it felt rushed.

Very nice staff. Very good quality of polish and shaping. Relaxing. Bit of a busy environment but well worth it for the price, and staff are really professional and friendly which is main reason for rating. Suggestion would be to put some moisturising oil on hands and feet after mani/pedicure. Bit dry otherwise after.
