This might not be the beautician's name as she didn't introduce herself so I don't know her name.
They managed to ft in my appointment early which k was very grateful for however that was the extent of what was good at this salon.
There was not a coarse file during the pedicure and a few of the nails were not painted fully. Aside from that it was mediocre.
The shellac manicure was awful. Cuticles and around the nail were not cleaned properly. The shellac was not painted on accurately, spilling over on to the fingers, not far enough down the nail bed, catching bits inside so some have lumps and not the end of the nail either. I mentioned to the beautician that she hadn't painted the nail all the way down so in order to fix the problem she filed them once the manicure was finished resulting in my nails being even shorter and not properly shaped. To make matters worse, at the beginning of the manicure I'd mentioned problems at other places but she still managed to do a terrible job.
