Nice experience (gel + manicure). Very detailed therapist. My hands look beautiful. I was just surprised that the treatment only lasted 28 minutes instead of 45. The manicure itself could have lasted longer.

A fair price I guess for what I had but the result came out nothing like what I asked for - far too heavy handed with the bleach and went far too close to the root when what I requested was far more subtle/ only supposed to be from the mid lengths onwards. Very brassy too but was told it looked fine. Felt too intimidated to say anything to the contrary and as a consequence spent a small fortune getting it corrected elsewhere.
